All of the Murraya flowers, Chamomile, Sage, Rose, Angelica, Orris Root and Juniper used in this gin are hand picked from the Erina Garden on the Central Coast of New South Wales. The French perfumer's traditional technique of enfleurage extracts the delicate scent and flavour, making this a gin like no other. Pair it with a good old tonic or a sparkling elderflower.
